What we do, and why we do it

Physiotherapists work with people to help with a range of problems which affect movement using exercises (targeting affected muscles or muscle groups) , massage and a range of other techniques. We work with people who have physical problems caused by illness, injury, disability or ageing. We see Human movement as central to health and well-being and aim to maximise movement. We also promote good health and advise people in how to avoid injury. I love my job and that I get to affect my patients' lives in a profound way (such as restoration of physical vitality). My greatest reward is seeing my patients well again:)
